Would have been less but can't go lower that one star. Customer service is outsourced and reps are hard to understand. Trying to confirm delivery (tank is less than 20%). Had old ph number in system, was told it was corrected but it was not. Could not get straight answer on delivery. Asked to talk to supervisor. Hold for 5 min and then disconnected. Called again and asked for supervisor, hold for 26 min. 3rd time, hung up at 8 min after being told it would be 2-3 minutes.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for Propane. it was coming the 7-14. Today is the 17th with no update. Tried calling no answer. Logged on to chat. Lady was incredibly rude. They have already taken the money out of my account for the gas. This lady said they reschedule delivery. I asked if I had to wait another 7-10 days? She pretty much told me I will get it when I Get it and stopped the chat conversation. I should of listened to my neighbor and went with the company they recommended. This has to be one of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I never leave reviews but this place is getting one for sure.

Was able to speak with someone and get assistance within a few minutes of calling. The woman on the phone was very polite and the process was painless. I am supposed to hear back within 24-48hours on when they can deliver.

The phone system does not work. Getting ahold of someone actually in the United States is nearly impossible. The phone number you call, even if you call a number specific to what location you want to speak with goes to a call center. When I finally did get ahold of someone to help they hung up on me. I had to call multiple times to get on the line with someone who could actually speak to me. I would never recommend dealing with this company to anyone. If you care about customer service find a local company that you can actually call and speak with if you have questions.
