        My agent (Leon Cook) made an error on my policy quote. After it was signed an enforced, he billed me $225 additionally to compensate for the mistake on his quote. Jay Greco's office (regional office that Mr. Cook works under) acknowledged the mistake but said they were not going to refund the money. Choose a better insurer that doesn't gouge their customers and doesn't take responsibility for their own mistakes.
