They have visited my house several times trying to get ahold of someone who doesnt live here. Ive told them every time they have an old address but theyve always come back. They dont seem to understand most people dont feel comfortable with vague notes left of their door either.

Three times they have come to the door to sell Medicare Advantage. No one should buy from a door to door salesman. Contact Boomer Benefits when you are ready to sign up for Medicare. They are excellent.

We have a policy on my mother in-law for 12 years, She passed May 1st,. I and my husband has tried to contact the Agent: Jimmy Chouteau. Jimmy will not return any calls have been trying for a month. Jimmy did contact me one time only because the receptionist had someone go to his office and waited till he called. I attempted to call again today 6/1/22 I was given his cell # my husband called. He was told we sent the ppwk to the home office so we are keeping him out of the loop. Jimmy continued to say he didn't care and started yelling and cussing and then hung up the phone. have never worked with a company like this before. We have family members that has policy's with Bankers Life one has 8 policy's totaling over 250,000.00 that is just one policy they are now going to change agents or move to State Farm. I am so disappointed I have never worked with a company like this and will never give Banker's any more of my money. I am taking 2 policy's to State Farm.

On April 2022 ive been signed for a life insurance thats i didnt ask for i was trying to get a retirement policy with them so the agent convinced me that this is a retirement plan and you can cash out all your money whenever you want, Later on October 2022 i lost my job and i couldnt make the payments anymore so i called the company (Bankers Life) and i explained my situation they told me that the agent who signed me is no longer work there and my policy is not a requirement it is a life policy i told them that first i didnt apply to get a life policy i dont need it i was trying to get a retirement policy second i lost my job anyway i cant make my payments no more and Im asking to cancel and get a refund they said you dont have any money available for refund your surrender value is $0 , WHAT!? No one ever explained that for me before ok i wanna talk to an agent they said yeah sure well assign a new agent for you and theyll contact you within a week or so, after 4 MONTHS No one ever again contact me till February 2023 a man name Chad Clem called me from a Missouri area code number after i left a review on google maps he called to see why i left a negative review for them anyway i told him what happened and i gave him my policy number and he said what i see now on my screen if you surrender your policy you would be getting roughly roughly $1600 to $1700 i said nice thatll will help a lot so he send me the surrendering (cancellation) form i signed it i believed him because hes the companys Investment Advisor Representative then he said alright wait about 2 weeks and youll get a check of a refund $1600 to $1700 if not youll get a mail asking for more information in order to get your refund i said alright Im looking forward to it till i get a mail saying The surrender charge on your policy met or exceeded the cash value. Therefore, there are no proceeds payable. What a scam 1st they scammed me to sign the wrong policy and steal my money and 2nd they scammed me to sign to cancel my policy with them for Im not be able no more to keep asking about my money that they stole.
