FIVE STAR REVIEW!!!, Matt Shrum & his team are Amazing! They hold the insurance policies on several of our homes and have for a couple of years. Unfortunately, a short time after starting a new policy on what we hoped to be a rental, we had a pipe break which flooded our house. I called Matt directly to let him know what was going on and he was quick to give advise and calm my nerves. Of course I was scared as I was unsure of the process with filing a claim with his company. Needless to say, the process was extremely smooth, and was processed rapidly giving my family and I the relief we had hoped for. This is the service Matt & his team strive for and expect.
