I recently changed all my insurance needs to Chads office! I had a bad experience with the former company and had hit my limit of constantly being on a phone for 30-60 minutes just to get something resolved with my account! Changing over to Chads office has been a huge difference. The cost was basically the same, but the customer service that he and his wife Soraya provide is nothing short of Platinum service. Any calls are short and dealt with behind the scene and then I get a call or email confirming changes or confirmation of whatever we discussed. The personal touch and dedication has saved hours of time of sitting on the phone just to give my business to someone! They are worth my money and time and I feel very thankful to have changed to such an amazing team!
