My heat/furnace was acting erratically In this bitter cold below freezing temperature. I called my landlord, and he called Quality Heating and Air. He could not have made a better choice. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to come out the same day and John did a fantastic job of walking me through the whole procedure. He explained to me that in negative degree temperatures, I can set my thermostat to emergency heat which I was not aware of since I moved here from CT and had radiators that ran off of oil. He also checked the furnace and showed me how to change filters which I had never had to do before. Thank you, John, and thank you Quality Heating.

Daniel, a technician working for quality heating and cooling came out to my home for an issue on my heating unit. He was right on time, very polite and obviously very knowledgeable because it took him less than 15 minutes to find the problem, inform me of that problem and the cost and fixed it. Quality heating and cooling most certainly is #1 in the field of heating and cooling.
My daughter referred them to me because of her experiences with them, and she was definitely correct and I am grateful she did so.

A good company to do business with. The crew (Bill, Billy, Josh, Drew, Elijah and ZDD) sent out to install new heat pump/air handler were a great bunch of guys. very professional, polite, respectful. They explained everything and answered all questions in terms I could understand. ( like to learn new things, so I ask a lot of questions). While doing the duct cleaning they discovered that some of the duct was begging to fall apart. They paused that portion of the job to provide us all our options. We choose a replacement of all the ducts. A couple of the crew went straight back to the shop retrieved the necessary supplies and got them all installed before complete installation of heat/air system. Great company to do business with I would/will recommend to any and every one.
