        My new ac unit is warrantied through R&R and we waited a month for them, they no call no show twice, lost my number after setting up a time twice in a row. I waited a month for them to spend to show up and 10 min later they tell me that it's a trailer and it's poorly insulated. I actually have 2*6 walls with drywall and 1/2" osb well insulated. They did not do anything they claimed they did. Don't hire this joke they won't answer the phone or fix your stuff.
