I and my brother went to drop off a U-Haul at this location. First, there is a sign for trucks and trailers to go to the top of the garage. We did so. There was no direction after that, but I went to the building and saw the sign for the U-Haul door. The door was locked and no one was there. Mind you, this was 1:30 p.m. on a Thursday. I asked a guy at the restaurant next door and he mentioned that the guy should be there and if he isn't, he should be back soon so I should just wait. I'm not normally inpatient, but we were in a hurry and this is not the type of service I have ever gotten from a U-Haul before! Wait 5 minutes or two hours...no one knows! So we left and went to another dealer down the street. It was great service! I wouldn't even attempt going to this U-Haul dealer.
