The customer service at the Brookside UPS is stellar. I've worked with several employees who have gone out of their way to help me with transporting packages, processing my payments over the phone and accommodating special contact-less situations during COVID. What a team!

Every time I stop by this store, the staff is so helpful and kind. And also really personable and authentic. Kudos to the management team who hires and trains excellent communicators and to the team members who deliver on a great experience and being cool humans. Thank you all!

This is one of, if not the, best locations to ship in the Kansas City metro area. Area. Fast professional staff that handle multitudes of different requests every minute without any issue it seems. This location is especially useful as they allow us to mail out USPS envelopes.

Literally they are incompetent. If you have anything of Value I suggest you take a picture of the employee who took your package and ask to see it boxed up. I insured my package for an additional 200 dollars because they told me it was already insured for 100.00 so 300.00 total. The package was mysteriously lost in one day and the recipient received a trashy picture. Not the expensive gift I sent. I filed a claim and received nothing by email that it was done. No response. I will start contacting the TV stations next to do a report on this if they do not contact me !!!!! They will not het away with this. Also they marked my package value at 200.00 not the 300.00 that it cost and I insured it for!! Incompetence!!
