UPS Mail Innovations

Mail Innovations is 18 miles from my home. When a package arrives at Mail Innovations here in Kansas City, it is shipped to a distribution center in St Louis, 250 miles from my house. It putters around St Louis locations for a few days before it wanders to a local distribution center for a few days before it finds it way to my home. I could WALK faster. This is my second experience with Mail Innovations(?). I assumed the first was a fluke. It wasn't. In the future, if I see any indication that Mail Innovations is being used, I will avoid ordering from that vendor.

If I could give it less than zero I would they move locations I showed up at their old location. Nobody was there went to the new location and a supervisor told me that I did not have a load to pick up until Tuesday just to come to find out that, in fact there was somebody in the old building still shipping out loads so my load was at the old building so I go all the way back over there after waiting my day away trying to figure out this load, nobody answers phones and there is a note on the door at the old building that says we have moved Gives you the new address and a phone number. No answer. Thanks for wasting my entire day. I got there at 8:30am and by the time I got loaded it was 3:30 PM

If I could I wouldn't give it a star, I don't know what the delay is in this lazy garbage place.. I hope I don't come back here again, 2 hours to unload 24 pallets.
