        Terrible Customer service. The Competition offers better service then this bank.

        I find it is ridiculous that in today's society this bank does not have an actual 24 hr line where you can get through to a live operator, this bank claims it is all about convenience but literally every other bank I've ever banked with has that option, I will not recommend citizens bank to anyone, their tellers are rude, they consistently lock us out of our account for making normal everyday purchases at inconvenient times and you have no 24hr line or means of helping their customers making it that much more inconvenient
