BEST RESTAURANT IN KC! Nick and Jake's is truly my favorite local restaurant in the Kansas City area. My partner and I became regulars here a few months ago after we discovered their large and delicious mozzarella sticks and happy hour menu. We have always had exceptional customer service from everyone here, especially our regular server Zack. He always makes a point to remember our names and our favorite dishes and it makes our experience that much more meaningful. The manager (Oscar I believe) is often around meeting and checking on the customers himself; you can tell he loves his job and he is so kind and personable! From customer service to excellent food quality to accessible management, this place has exceeded all of my wildest expectations. Please visit for yourself, and seriously you should try the giant cheese sticks! I am thinking about Zack, Oscar, and the whole Nick and Jake's team that we love so much during this hard time.
