Back in 2013 when I first moved to the Plaza area this was my favorite place. The employees were so friendly, helpful and the food was outstanding. I went last night for the first time in a few months. The guy at the register never smiled and seemed put off having to take my order. I noticed the desserts they used to have were gone (big cake slices, cheesecake, etc) so I ordered a lemon bar for dessert. While waiting for my food I noticed I was charged $3.50 for the lemon bar, while the sign on the register clearly said "cookies, dessert bars $1.50". When I brought this up to a girl working there she gave me a lot of attitude and said the lemon bars cost them a lot more money than the cookies. I simply stated that I was charged more than the advertised price. She argued with me and then finally credited me the $2.00 back. No one ever said "thank you" and honestly the lemon bar was undercooked and tasted old. I've noticed that this place is a lot more empty than it used to be and now I see why. Horrible service and the food was just ok. I'm never going back. If they are going to try and charge more than advertised prices they can do it to someone else!
