Great place to live in my opinion. The office staff is very friendly and work orders get completed relatively fast. My kid loves it here too

Been here for a month so far and it's great! Move in process was made easy by the office ladies, Amanda helped us and she is great. Any problems we have had have been fixed in less than 24 hours!

Independence Ridge Apartments is the absolutely worst apartment I have ever lived in, it is full of roaches, I had black mold when I moved in and a leaking pipe that wasnt fixed for at least a month. Currently I have a flooded apartment with soaking wet carpets from a busted pipe that took them 2 1/2 hrs to turn off, and I am being told that these conditions are livable by this unprofessional rude management that clearly does not care about their tenants!!!!! They refuse to give me a hotel room, or another unit, or out of my lease. I was told that this would be fixed the day of, but it is now day two and my floors are still sloshy and very wet. At this point the roaches are more pleasant than the management!! Also I still have no running water and not even a fan on the floor to dry it. I am almost 5 months pregnant and dont know what to do I cant live in these conditions and cant get out of this lease, any advice?
