If you are a contractor (or anyone that does work for them for that matter) DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They are under Calamar Construction Management located in New York (3949 Forest Park Way #100, North Tonawanda, NY) and they will not pay for the work you complete despite their signed contracts. Even if you send letters and emails, and reach out directly out to the main companies assistants, accounts payable, project managers, OWNERS of the company--for over a year... even if you send lawyer letters and you sue them--you will not get paid. They have numerous ongoing lawsuits against them. Extremely shady company, I can only imagine how the residents are treated.

I have lived here for 5+ years. I was in love with my apartment until the company that manages the building just want to collect the rent and Never keep the bldg in good repair. I understand that they are in financial difficulty. This is why they can't fix and update our bulding.

I moved here because I no longer wanted the responsibility of a house. Unfortunately my AC needs to be replaced and I am getting no help. I humidity in my apt is 90. I am not able to stay there because of asthma and heart condition. This has been going on for over a month. I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me with this. I realize this company has financial problems (after I moved in)but I pay my rent and expect the management to hold up their end of the contract. The manager is leaving and I am unable to get contacts to even talk about this issue.

Always a good experience when I get to visit here while delivering HyVee or WalMart grocery orders. The grounds and facilities are always clean&bright and kept up.
