I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I went there to purchase a scooter and as soon as I told them what I wanted the lies began. I then ended up ordering one and was told that I would have it by the end of the week. When that time came I called them and was told that nobody told me that it would be in by then which I knew was a lie. Then I was told that I would have it by the end of the day on Monday. When Monday came I called and was told that it was there but that it had a broken light on it and that they would get it fixed and that I would have it by the end of the day. An hour before closing time I called and then was told that the person who worked on them was off work and wouldn't be back until Wednesday. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told NO and was hung up on. Then I received a call back from the woman whom had lied to me before and was cursed at and yelled at saying that I was never lied to and that I was the problem due to me wanting to get the item I had paid for. I was then told that I wouldn't be receiving the scooter at all but that they wouldn't be giving me my money back through that office and made me wait for my own money for two days and I had to drive to another store to get a check for the amount that I had paid for the scooter. By the end of that day I had went to another place and had in my possession the scooter that I had asked for from the beginning. This place isn't a people friendly business and in my opinion shouldn't be in business. If they treat a disabled veteran this way would you really want to do business with them?

I stopped but today at 5:03 hoping they have closed . They were very gracious and helpful. They're knowledge of durable equipment was fantastic.

I am wheelchair bound. They worked on my chair and didn't assemble one of the motors correctly and broke my chair. Then said it was my word against theirs. Even though they were the only ones that ever worked on my chair. Poor management and repair
