True Care Medical Equipment

The business was AMAZING and VERY helpful when I received my CPAP, but since then I've run into issues. I've left 3 messages for someone to please help me because my mask isn't fitting properly at night and I'm not able to use it. I only need to use it 4 hours a night for insurance to pay which I've been able to do. Maybe that's why they aren't calling me back because I'm meeting my requirements for them to get paid . VERY unhappy with this company.

Tony at true care serviced my equipment today and he was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything I needed done. I have been with true care for years now and everyone is very friendly and helpful and they will work with you on any issues you may have. The staff is very friendly and professional and if you get Roy or Tony they are extremely Kind and go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met.

When someone goes above and beyond the call of duty these days, it's always worth a shout out and a recommendation. Many thanks to Tony, one of True Care's mobile techs, for taking time out of his day to provide an impromptu service call just to check on my breathing equipment.
