I would like to recomment Cindy Bruce in sales at the Poplar Bluff store. She went above and beyond to help us choose a sofa with all the correct dimentions, material, and extra's that make the sofa we ordered ours. She is very knowledgable about all the furniture they sell and helps you best find furniture that fits your needs. I will definitely use her again with any furniture need we may have! She is truly an awesome sales person!!

So for those who may wonder if Hefner Furniture & Appliance is the store for you let me share my wifes and I experience. We were going there to shop for a new mattress and box springs, was met by a representative named Jason, he greeted us and showed us to the area where the mattresses were and began asking questions and explained everything about the products. This man knew what he was talking about and helped us find the perfect set. I am truly grateful for his kind knowledge of his products and his exemplary communication skills and building rapport with his customers. 10/10 would definitely recommend taking the time to stop in and see what they can do for you.
