starting off this was the worst experience ive ever had. we ordered a bedroom set offline for a price that was listed and in the end paid signifcantly more after we received used items and were charged extra becuase what we ordered wasnt in stock.. very hard to work with and rude customer service was told 3 diffrent end prices and the last was the most exspensive we bought outright didnt rent to own. but i can assure you i will never go back.

My cousin rented a bed from them and it was full of Bedbugs because they delivered the mattresses out of the plastic so beware of the bedbugs I am fighting to get rid of them now
10/05/2023 My refrigerator I bought new started going out and they was replacing my frig I had bought new and was going to replace with a pre lease and it sounded like the manager was upset because I was willing to wait for a different one and accept the one with in the freezer kept popping back off. So the manager suggested I could use supper glue to fix it. He also sound alittle rude. Plus they sent one guy to do a pick and drop off. 15 days late and Nicole wants come pick up my items
