They want to make as much money off of you as possible. I was sent them by HMS plumbing and found out that after one appointment, they told HMS that they had fixed something that they hadn't actually done and the problem still needed more work. They told me I had to pay $200 up front for them to cut into my walls. I called another company who said they would only charge $50 for cutting into walls if they had to. When the other company arrived, they found the problem immediately and didn't have to cut into anything. This company is a scam!
