We purchased a Speed Queen washer on June 24 and had it delivered on June 29. Right away it was not working properly. We were told they would have to order a new piece and didn't now how long that would take. Two and half weeks later a technician came out to replace the piece. Still we had the same issue. I asked the technician if the new part was bad and he said no it was something in the washer. He said he was going to order the same piece again. Ordering the same piece that didn't fix it before will not fix it now. After complaining to the manager they are sending the technician back out again sometime today. All we want at this point is to return the washer. It doesn't work.I don't want to wait and get a run around from a company that could care less that we just spent a 1,000.00 for a new washer and it doesn't work. We were told by the manager that he didn't think we could return it and he had never heard of a customer being able to return a faulty appliance within 30 days. On the invoice it says we have 30 days to return it and there is the consumer acts right. Update- After going back and forth AAA decided to order us a new washing machine to replace the defective one. We now have the washer and we are currently satisfied with the new one. Thank you
