Yesterday we had 2 techs from Columbia Pool and Spa. They were incredible! They were so conscientious! Not only did they repair the hot tub but they cleaned up everything and even put the chain back on our fence so that our dogs wouldnt get out.

Chris and Kelly were awesome to work with. Our hot tub purchase was simple, installation was perfect, training was great and we havent had any issues with our new spa. Even took a water sample in about a month and a half into using it and were given a custom water plan for our tub. Excellent people with excellent products, I highly recommend Columbia Pool & Spa!

We spent a lot of time looking for a replacement for our old hot tub. The staff here were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Deal made!!! The installation staff were the same. Love the new spa!!! Kudos!!

Very friendly and we'll answer all questions Spas are great for people with back pain I highly recommend jacuzzi it is the best the company will send you all the information on how to maintain and keep your chemicals perfect in the spa

Kelly and crew were a dream to work with! She was extremely helpful in narrowing down what hottubs were the right fit for my projects and coordinated a quick delivery. Would definitely use them again in the future!
