At least it was the end of the season. My air was no longer blowing cool and it was a Saturday. I left a message and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Katrina. She was able to get me in that day. Bryan R came and went through the testing to see what the problem was. My system was over 20 years old and I knew it probably needed to be replaced. The next day I received my new unit. Bryan and Nick installed the unit for me. With almost 30 years of experience and great customer service I would highly recommend Bryan. I am very pleased with the new unit and all of the people I spoke to. Thank you Reed heating and AC!

I called them for a client of mine about issue with ac drain. Dustin, one of owners, called me back within hr or so & sent top hand out next morning. Will rectified the problem in short order.
