My air conditioner stopped working on Sunday. Called Monday morning and they were here by 1:00! Awesome service! Robert was thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

The tech side was fine, diagnosed the problem, made an acceptable repair for the summer season, and advised a path moving forward. In fact, Robert, the head tech was quite knowledgeable and interesting to talk to, if it was just him we would do business with him in a heartbeat. However, on the business side, Jason Smith, their system quote guy won't return the request for details and quotes on systems beyond their initial budgetary estimate after a month and three calls and emails asking for a timeline for the data. I would have liked to do business with these folks, but they are the only one's who won't send me in writing what different options will cost to replace my air conditioning system with a new model.
