Decent store. My 'best we have tempered glass screen protector' cracked twice within two weeks. The 1st time I went back within 5 days I was told I would have to send it in after a T-Mobile agent who was wrong told me to take it in. They did switch it out for me after being made to feel bad for asking so. So now its cracked AGAIN ... I have to mail it in?!?!? That's not good business! I bought it at a T-Mobile store and they shift it to the manufacturer. Walmart doesn't even do that! I'll never shop at T-Mobile again! And 4 stars is doing you a favor!

Went in they would not listen to my problem just told me to go get a SIMs card! Told me I could not fix my phone because of covid I called customer support they sent a new phone for me to the store this store I went in there there was no customers just two employees texting and playing games and they would not transfer any information for my phone or help me said that it was against the rules because of code they weren't supposed to help customers 15 minutes was the longest a customer could be in there and most things took longer than 15 minutes to fix So I needed to go on somewhere else went to another T-Mobile in town they got my problem taking care of just took several days longer I was going to the store used to be a very good store very knowledgeable but now nobody wants to do anything using covetous and excuse to get out of doing anything and helping their customers providing no customer service I went in there three different times last three times That's what I found thank you for taking the time to read

Never had any problems with their service or their network but I stopped by today and they wouldn’t let me in without a mask even though one of their own employees was inside without a mask when I showed up there.
