I had a problem with my old cell phone and Rudy was persistent and and finally fixed it. He was alway so kind and gracious to me, a member of the tech challenged group , when I returned many times. He is a very knowledgeable and smart young man with good people skills!

Most legit place possible to sell ANY sort of tech or console gear. I live an hour away and there's a ton of places closer, don't even consider them an option after dealing with these guys. You guys are legit AF. (Hopefully be seeing you all soon to grab my CPU from you guys )

Avery and Rudy really stepped up. The plan was to repair my step-daughter's Ipad for her birthday. We initially thought it would be a simple same-day screen and digitizer replacement. After opening it up, they found that the damage was much more extensive than originally thought and was basically irreparable. Instead of simply saying they couldn't help and refunding my money, they did everything they could to find a comparable used model so the birthday girl still got her surprise on her big day. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone!

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Rudy at Techy. My sons phone was experiencing some technical difficulties. Rudy went above and beyond to assist with solving my problem. If you have any tech issues dont hesitate to give them a shot!!
