I stopped here with some car troubles during a road trip and they were AMAZING! Took care of my car right away and let me sit with my two dogs in the waiting room. The service was fast and top notch. If I lived in the area I would make this place my go to for car services.

I popped a tire and had my car towed here. I have no heads up and just walked in. Justin was awesome helped me get all set up and got me a new tire. He was super flexible with pick up time and overall super kind. I will use this shop again in the future.

Had an oil change performed on the car. A number of details led to a loss of my business in the future. 1 - Checked in about 2PM, not completed until 3:30 or 3:45PM. I was the only one waiting for an oil change in the shop. 2 - Keys sat at the manager's desk for about 10 minutes while they gossiped about letting go of a manager earlier in the day and holiday plans. I would have likely been continued to be ignored if I hadn't moved myself in front of the counter. 3 - Invoice was incorrect. I questioned why I had a different oil marked (they originally put 5W30 on the invoice when I have 0W20 for my car), and they said that was what the system said. This either means the system is incorrect or they lied. Technician came rushing over when he saw me come back in with the manual in hand and swore that he used the right oil since it's posted on the engine (which is true) 4 - After the back and forth on the invoice and the time it took to get it corrected, the service light was not cleared, leading to me coming back into the shop to ask to have that corrected as well 5 - Charged $22 for the oil filter. This one's on me since I should have been proactive and just come in with an oil filter for $6 instead from an auto parts store. Feels worse though given the service experience. Overall, poor experience and I'll be going to a new shop from now on Service: Oil change
