A little late, but still wanted to share for awareness purposes.. I went in to purchase a sedan in 2023 because I knew a guy that worked there.. Hence they said, "since you know so and so we will give a great deal" BY the end of it that statement was a bunch of bologne... I ended up deciding on a 2019 ford fusion cause I felt as though they were growing impatient with me.. as I drove home it broke down on the freeway, I called my sales rep up and he called the manager, he came and picked me up, and gave me a loner car.. I go back a few days later, and they come up with some b.s. response that it was water on top of the motor.. my response was I don't want that car any more because I don't trust it and motors that I'm aware of are internal combustion so water on the motor will not cause a car to shut down the way that one did. So they said they'd buy me out of it, but treated it like a trade in, gave me another car and hit me with higher interest rates 14% to be exact, and ran my credit 20 times. the sales managers have no accountability, and the finance guys find every way to upcharge you.. they wait all day to get the process done, and ware you out by the end of it.. since then I traded that car to another dealer that was much better, and easier to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to WK Sedalia instead. They are more patient, and work with you to get the best deal, and transparent about the whole process.. Oh and they only ran my credit once...

To spare the details, they are your typical salespeople, they sneak extra charges in there and lie to your face. Will not be going back or recommending them. Just make sure you throughly read all the fine print and dont let them rush you through with their tactics of it being on an iPad and a click of a button for your signature. They are not honest people.

I want to give a huge shout out to Ivan and Rich. They truly do know how to make Buying a truck a smooth and easy process they have now got a forever customer I will be back in. I highly recommend them to to anyone. thanks for helping me get my brand new 2024 ram 1500 and I love the color

My gf and I came in to look around and Quincy(sales rep) met us with a smile and a hand shake. He was very helpful but was never pushy or forceful about a sales. As we moved further along we met Cody(general sales manager) who made sure to get us the best deal possible on our truck, and he even stayed late to make sure everything went right with the bank. As we went into finance we met Chris(finance manager) who I believe got us finished up in what felt like record time. The whole experience was amazing and we have both agreed the next time we need to upgrade we will be returning to Joe Machens and asking to work with these gentlemen.

I had an appointment at 8 am for a 15 year scheduled maintenance inspection. Should have taken a few minutes. I have been sitting here 2 hours now. How much longer???? Im obviously not a priority even with an appointment.
