Amazing they have definitely upgraded their service since the last two reviews in 2015. David Wheeler-417-827-0528- was a gem to work with, he was able to meet with my adjuster and handle all the scary paperwork part of the experience and he made choosing the color of our roof so easy with a very convenient sample book. The crew came out and were amazing we had our roof replaced in 1 day and there was no mess! they had a trailer on site for all the trash and were even able to dispose of my ugly satellite dish also!! The whole experience was great and I walked away with a new roof and paying just my deductible!!! agcroofingnixa.com

I can't speak for their work, but here's what I can tell:This company began installing a roof on my next door neighbor's house yesterday morning.  I worked all day. When I arrived home, I found that the crew had gone onto my patio (which is around the corner from the house they are working on since I am a corner house), taken my patio furniture to the front of my house, parked it under my oak tree & turned my front yard into their camp.  There was clothing all over my chairs, lunch boxes, no less than 2 dozen empty plastic bottles strewn about the yard, & a honeydew melon parked at the base of my tree. Between the houses, there was debris from the roof they were tearing down.  They had tarps & plywood thrown against my chain link fence, pushing the mesh into the hotwire at the bottom & shorting it out.  I tossed their stuff off of my chairs, took them back to the patio & asked them to back the debri off the fence & left for my night job.  When I got home, my yard was cleaned up.  Today is Day #2. I am scared to death to leave while they are working over there.

Short version: work quality was satisfactory, business practices terrible.------ UPDATE 2/4/2016 ------Strong winds ripped two pieces of the new siding off. I called the owner of the company, and they came out the next day and repaired it, as promised in the contract.-------------------------------------Long version: The part owner Gary helped ensure my insurance company didn't skimp on what they covered for my hail damage claim. They were going to replace the roof, replace gutters, replace siding on one side of the house, repair siding on the other sides, install a new exhaust pipe through roof, and paint the garage door. But as the work began on June 27, I found myself frustrated at some things that began happening. No one took inventory before starting work on the roof, and they didn't realize that the drip edge wasn't delivered, and they had already installed the bottom part of the shingles. Then, the crew didn't have the contract and didn't know until I reminded them that they needed to install a new exhaust pipe out of the roof. Also, they asked for payment that day, so I went ahead and paid half the non-depreciation amount. On June 30, they still had to finish the exhaust pipe in the attic, repair some missed spots on the siding, and clean paint they accidentally spilled on the driveway. That evening, I had a phone call with Gary. He said that they had worked their butts off for me, and he would like to pick up payment from me on Friday. Note that the contract explicitly states, "1/2 down payment and balance upon completion of work." I told him I wasn't comfortable paying until the job was complete. He insisted I go ahead and pay, even though they weren't done. I talked to some people with experience who said to NEVER pay a contracting company before the work is done. I made it clear to them that I was not paying the rest the non-depreciation amount until the items on the contract were done. They finally agreed to come out on July 2 to finish the items. When they finished, I wrote them the second non-depreciation check, while they agreed to do the finishing touches to some badly installed pieces of siding and such.In the meantime, they contacted AAA and had them release the depreciation check. The siding fixes still weren't done as of July 21.On July 22, I got in contact with the salesman, and the first thing he said was that he was going to need the depreciation check by Friday. Here we go again. He did the exact same thing as Gary had done before and talked about how they had "worked their butts off" for me and had been at my house so much and so on. I finally stopped him and informed him I was not paying until the fixes were complete. At this point, he lost it. I couldn't believe the rude and condescending things he said to me, as a representative of their company. After arguing for a few minutes and me continually reminding him I was not paying until the fixes were done, he finally said, "Then we'll see you in court." He told me Gary was going to call me. This conversation was sad to me, because the salesman had been friendly and helpful up to this point.Gary called a few minutes later and did the same thing as before: we need the money because "you would have nothing if it wasn't for us," and "we have families to feed too," etc. I recorded the conversation, so if you would like to hear the strong-arm tactics they may use on you, you can listen here (bit.ly/1MVzCy8). At one point, he threatened that if I didn't get payment to them within a couple of days, he would have no choice but to put a lien on my house. He admitted the job wasn't 100% done yet, but still threatened to put a lien on my house. He also said I was "nit-picky." What business person tells a customer they are "nit-picky"?He finally agreed to finish the repairs, then I would pay them. That should have been the way it worked from the beginning. They came out two days later, and it took them 50 minutes to complete the repairs, then I paid them the depreciation amount. Just ridiculous. The salesman did apologize also.I think this boiled down to the job taking much longer than they thought, and they got frustrated with how long everything was taking. They were tired of waiting for payment and just went ahead and demanded it early, but I don't think they were prepared for a customer who would actually stand their ground, which is why this turned so ugly. The whole situation is really sad because the quality of the work was satisfactory, but all of the guilt trips and strong-arm tactics and delays and miscommunications totally ruined the situation. I will obviously not be recommending them to anyone, unless they fix their business processes and practices. No one should be treated like this as a customer.
