We had severe storms on July 31st/August 1st of 2023. A tree limb fell thru my dining room roof and into my house at 1am. Within a few minutes the lights went out as the rain was pouring into my house!! It was a nightmare! I was home alone and scared to death! Jeff, the owner and some of his crew were at my house at 7:30am to help. They patched my roof and cleaned up some of the debris blocking my way, lying on my fence, etc. Debbie, the other owner, walked me thru the insurance claim process and fought for me to get the most out of my claim. It took a little while to get around to the roof repair as they are super busy but the patch was as good as a new roof, so no worries there. They charged me a very fair price for the repairs and the service was top notch! They stayed in communications with me throughout the entire process and helped set my mind at ease. These situations are generally very stressful but Seamless made it much less stressful! These folks are genuinely good people who look out for their customer's best interest. All of the men on their crew were very respectful and considerate. The repair work was above and beyond my expectations! I will use them for all of my future home repair needs that I'm not able to do myself (which is most things, lol!)

When I tell you that this house was a mess, I'm am not exaggerating. The roof was uneven and had multiple soft spots, the wood was rotting under were there should have been soffit and facia, EVEN the wood siding was falling off. I am so thankful for the Seamless Expert team. Not only did they come out and assess the damage for FREE, they also were able to work with me on my budget and got me the best priced products for what I can afford. Now, the house that I once contemplated burning and calling a lose, has a new roof, new windows, new siding, and actual soffit, facia and gutters! I am one happy customer! I will from now on us them for all my exterior needs.
