I have taken my BMW to this independent and owner operated garage, as recommended, a few times. Repairs to my car have been pricey. My last experience with them which will be my last, was a mitigated disaster. It started with a Check Engine light which was diagnosed as needing a new catalytic converter. My car was in their shop for one month. After not one but two catalytic converter replacements later, the check engine light kept reappearing. No sooner I picked up my car and left their garage. There was always an excuse or reason as to the possible continuous cause for their inabilities to fix the initial diagnosed problem. I finally requested that my car be taken to the BMW service center in Springfield. Before doing so and without me being advised. The owner Jeff, made the decision to reinstall the original older catalytic converter back into my car before taking it to BMW. Instead of leaving the new converter they had replaced in my car. How ethical is that? Besides the catalytic converter issue, BMW diagnosed a faulty oxygen sensor for the catalytic converter, which had been replaced by an incorrect sensor. Anybody's Garage denies replacing it at anytime..Really! a possible reason why the new catalytic converters would not reset the Check Engine light. After reading my review, I will leave it up to you the reader whether you want to take your car for repairs and maintenance to this shop. PS. I received a $983 refund towards the work done on the replacement catalytic converter, which ended up not being replaced in the end. However it will be, by someone else.

About 6 months ago I had my car's clutch pedal falling all the way to the floor and I googled the problem. Told them I probably needed my slave cylinder bled and they told me that it wasn't the problem and that the car was shifting properly. I drove back to Kansas and my clutch fell straight to the floor and would not shift at all. I bought some brake fluid for my clutch reservoir and did the job myself and when I bled it the fluid was coming out rusty which means they didn't even bother to check it. This place should not be AAA approved.
