The guy that helped me was not friendly at all. I felt like I was a inconvenience to him and there was only one other person there. I will not recommend Fall Creek Tire & Auto to anyone, and will never go there again!

We were in Branson from Iowa for a dance event at the Welk for my daughter. We were camping at Table Rock Lake and had towed our travel trailer from Iowa. Half way through our week-long visit, my "Check Engine" light came on! I drive a very old - 2002 - Chevy Suburban with over 260,000 miles on it. Here at home, we have an excellent and trusted mechanic who keeps us running strong despite age/mileage. I was very worried about having my vehicle checked anywhere out-of-state. I know it's old, I know it's got a lot of rust, but it runs great and gets us where we need to be! I needed to know I would be able to safely drive home again, but I was worried about going somewhere that was going to try to scare me, lie to me, or "repair up" like a lot of the big-name/chain/dealerships do. I was also worried about not being able to get my vehicle in/looked at/repaired in a timely fashion as we had nothing else to drive and had to get back and forth from the Welk to the campground frequently all week! David, at the shop, was extremely kind, hooked up the computer to the vehicle, found it was only a wonky sensor that did not need to be repaired in order to be able to safely drive, and then had one of his guys drive it around to make certain that's all it was. $50 and less than an hour later, I was on my way. Considering my very vulnerable situation at the time, these guys could easily have 'taken' me for a huge repair and a lot of money and I'd have had no way to check or know any better. It *is* a very old vehicle and I know that one day I will be looking at transmission issues considering how much we travel towing our 29 foot ultralight trailer. These men were scrupulously honest and incredibly helpful and shared my concern about making sure my family would be safe traveling home again. I am extremely loyal to my mechanic here at home, but I am so very, very grateful that we found Fall Creek in our hour of need!! You guys ROCK! Chances are very high that we'll be in Branson again around the same time next year. We've already decided that Table Rock is where we want to stay. If my old truck has trouble again, you can bet we'll be pulling in your drive. Thank you!!!!

Was treated with zero respect. The "technician" refused service because "he felt like getting out of here". It was barely after 4pm and they close at 5. No one was in there and all I needed was a tire mounted. The "technician" was rude and condescending. I had horrible service there several years ago and quit going there. After this experience I will never be back and will spread the word how horrible these people are. Wal-Mart customer service is sterling compared to this joke of a business. Will NEVER return. I should have listened to the local negative word of mouth about this place and never went there. Anyone considering using this shop. Do yourself a favor and find another one
