The owner offered to walk through the room to make sure everything was ok, but it was late are we were tired. Also, I assumed the room would have been checked after it was cleaned. The room was freezing; he did bring in an electric heater when we checked in. No comforter on the bed, threadbare blankets, and a dirty bathtub. Needless to say, we slept fully clothed. It was New Year's eve and NOTHING else was available that could accommodate a wheelchair. When I complained the next morning, the lady I talked to blamed it on the man who was supposed to clean the room. Talked to the owner by phone and was offered a different room to shower in but refused t refund even a portion of my money. Would have been better to sleep in the car. Will NEVER stay there again!
