I've been going here for years now. The reception staff is almost always very respectful, and if they are "off" its likely because they are busy.
The doctors take time to ask questions and understand. The Nurses (especially Mariam) are very kind and thoughtful.
I haven't really had any poor experiences here!

Gladys went out of her way today to help me find specific dates that I could be with my dad at this appointments. She was kind, accommodating, and jovial. Unlike ANY one Ive dealt with on the phone portion of doing this for my dad all these years. The world and the VA especially need more people like this. Thank you
