Kansas City Pulmonary Practice

I have only had one negative experience. One doctor literally treated me like I shouldnt be there however, the rest of the staff, the other doctors, nurse, practitioners, and so forth have more than made up for that so I am giving five stars because I dont feel its fair to lower for one doctor. This team really takes their time and they have many times helped me on the phone when I couldnt get out. They never fail to help me when I need it.

The office visit was amazing and really felt like there was going to be success with my sleep issues. Ever since, it has been one problem after another after another. Issues with communication between the staff and the doctor and the insurance company and the pharmacist! It has been a week and I have extreme insomnia and still nothing to help me sleep. I've only been able to sleep about 2 hrs a night. Staff keeps telling me she's contacting the doctor. The doctor reorde med that has not been working well. The pharmacy keeps trying to get ahold of the doctor. And I'm the in between person trying to get everybody just to do their job so I can sleep. This has been such an awful experience and I would not recommend this office to anybody!! There's so many good doctors out there with wonderful staff find a good one this is NOT It!! My appointment was on November 29, 2023 It is December 7,2023 and still NO resolve. Many calls to talk to Kendra and the pharmacy and now they are closed and looking at another night with no sleep I do not recommend them at all!!

last visit horrible 9yrs ago (see old review). Tried another (new) doctor, Emily Tylski, D.O. 1122/23. Problem checking in for 11/22/23 appmnt as the office didn't mail the forms to complete for admittance until 11/22/23 causing me an additional 45 minutes delay before appmnt time in office doing paperwork to be seen. Really missed opportunity to do this in comfort of my home as opposed to sitting extra time in clinic with sick folks while wearing face mask, then being seen late. Once seen however I was pleased with the attentiveness of Dr Tylski. Look forward to the next visit aside from the fact I'll probably not be feeling well when the time comes. Also during check in, a little surprised Melissa weighed me with 6 lb hightop shoes on but asked me to remove them for my height measurements. ????
