5 Stars aren't enough for the hospitality, cleanliness and location of this hotel. I have stayed in Hampton Inns before but this one shines above the others I have been to before.

Great location and nice rooms. Service is okay. Assistant general manager Preston was kind and helpful. I checked in on Monday and my room was not quite as clean as I'd like. Some sticky stuff on the tables, dirt and stuff on the bathroom floor which clearly was not mopped, food and small trash in the carpet. Bed and shower appeared clean, so I just kindly asked for it to be cleaned the next day detailing my observations. Next day not cleaned. I asked kindly again. Next day the bed was made and trash emptied, but nothing else. Dirt still on floor, sticky stuff still on tables. Preston offered to get me some Hilton points as a comp. Not what I expect from Hampton...the other thing I'm very disappointed in is the lack of severe weather plans. We had a tornado come very close this week and there is no plan in place. Not even a Floorplan in my room, by the stairs, or elevator. All of that's disappointing.

This hotel is quite gross. They seem to have an issue getting good help to clean the rooms. The last time I stayed at this location I said I would never stay here again. There was a hair in the bed and it appeared that they had not changed the sheets since the last person checked out. I stayed here last month again becuase the hotel that I normally stay at was sold out. It was definitely a mistake giving them another chance. This time, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and another hair on the inside of the toilet seat lid. I was changed to another room and found hairs on the floor and more hairs on the countertop next to the sink. I was tired at this point and did not want to take a chance on another room being dirty so I figured I could just wipe these hairs up.
When I took a shower the next morning, there was no shampoo left in the permanent shampoo pump in the shower, so I had to take a shower with no shampoo. There were also no tissues in the tissue box. I called the front desk and asked that they have Housekeeping service the room while I was out for the day. Upon returning, there was still no shampoo in the shower and while taking a shower the next morning, the tub started to back up leaving me to take a shower in standing water.
When asking for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee after check out, the Hilton Honors desk said that it would be up to the hotel location. The location decided that 10,000 points would be enough to make this right and Hilton Honors said they cannot override the hotel. Really? 10,000 points for an 80,000 point stay? I stay at Hilton Brand hotels a lot and Hilton Brand has always been my first choice but I don't know after this. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is apparently not really a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING OTHER PEOPLE'S BODY HAIRS IN YOUR BED AND ON YOUR TOILET AND SINK. THEY CLEARLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CLEAN PROPERLY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT.
