Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ridgeland - Jackson North Area

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in our King room. Microwave and refrigerator are a bonus. Front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast waffles were just the thing to start our day!

still being renovated and some areas were Dirty. Management was nice and friendly. I think, in time, it will be a nice place to stay, but I'd give them at least a year.

This place is no longer Holiday inn Express and suites its called Magnolia and it was the worst experience in the hotel staying that Ive ever had I literally checked in that night & left without even checking the room that was my first mistake and when I got back there was no heat in my room so I slept throughout the night with no heat and it was like freezing in my room and they forgot to put blankets on the beds on top of all the mishaps in the room which Im sharing photos it was just an all-around bad experience even though the lady at the front desk was nice She gave me the wrong room it wasnt the room I paid for or reserved online.
