        Bed is disgusting. There is multiple long hairs under the comforter and sheets. Im a dude. Bathroom needs maintenance. Shower head is loud and whistles. Walls coming apart. Worst Hyatt place I ever stayed at. Saturday the hot breakfast wasnt out.

        Beds were not clean. There were underwear on the couch and the breakfast was garbage.

        I have stayed at this location several times. Every time I come it seems to get worse. The front desk person disappears. The restaurant staff are always late getting food out (they are now 20 minutes late getting any breakfast out) and several people are just standing around wondering why they cant meet their own timeline. The front desk person is in the kitchen being told what to do by some other person. The front desk person is preparing food?!? My room had zero towels. My bed was only partially made. The floors were sticky. The sink had lots of hair in it. I told the front desk/cook about my missing towels. He did not seem to care and just walked away without noting anything. Im sure Ill never hear anything about it. Nothing will change. Ill find a better hotel who actually staffs correctly. Rooms: Floors were sticky. Nasty sink.

        I was really disappointed with the stay. Guest service couldnt answer any of my concerns. The pool was ice cold, the coffee machine in the room didnt work, the TV wouldnt play movies, and we didnt have a microwave!
