Not sure all the specific details associated with the One (1) ratings.  However, my experience with MS Veterans' Home Purchase Board (VHPB) was nothing but professional.  The individual assisting me with the process kept me advised where we were in the process and immediately contacted me when additional information/clarification was required.  I would strongly recommend anyone that meets the qualifications to utilize MS VHPB.

Been good to us, gotta understand this is not a regular bank or mortgage company. They do have different rules and processes. Best thing is your mortgage doesn't get sold to multiple times to other companies. During regular office hours you can always talk to someone if needed. One thing would be nice is a way to view info online.

I used the Mississippi VHPB for a home loan. I encourage any veteran to do the same for the lowest interest rate. I received the packet in the mail, followed the directions and had a pleasant experience. I'm glad someone told me about it.
