Never answer the phone and you could leave as many voicemails r messages your case worker will not return your phone call if they don't wanna do the job why bother

Rude never answer the phone. You have to literally go into the office to get an answer. If your caseworker is Sharon dont expect any updates, any call backs, never answers the phone even though she is in the office.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star! Won't let me review unless I marked a star..this place is the worst!! My case worker has been changed 3 times in 1 yr.. renewal time and I send my info in and my case worker leaves and does not leave the info I sent in with my case..how do u even do that?? So my case was closed. Been trying since Aug 1 to get my kids Medicaid back on..and I've resent the info and still nothing!! Shame..I'm gonna have to go through Jackson office I guess
