Jackson Memorial Funeral Service

Even though this was a very difficult time for our family we were able to quickly make the arrangements because the staff and management were very knowledgeable and well organized. We have used their services twice in less then a year so I would highly recommend them whenever you find yourself in need of a good funeral home.

Very very unorganized I wouldnt recommend a dog to get service from this place..from the time my family member was picked up..weve never received not one phone call..very inconsiderate

Customer service here is not good at all! Each time I call for assistance person answering phone couldnt help. Said would relay my message for a callback which never ever happened! Very frustrating and unprofessional. The only thing they did expeditiously was take payment for service!
