Welcome to the slums. The property manager has inappropriate relations with his tenants, need I say more about this backwards property. Mold covers the entirety of every building they have listed. Rodents and pests are your nicest neighbors you have. Nejam Properties is disgusting.

Im ready to move. My carpet has been needing to be replaced its been in here since Ive stayed in here and thats been 4 years, it looks terrible. Ive called and put in several work orders and still dont have no carpet. No one calls to update you on anything even though they say they are. Ive had an opossum in my living room due to big holes in my house under the sink, behind the oven and under the cabinet beside the refrigerator. I called the after hours maintenance number just to be told I need to call animal control. What animal control open after hours? Im glad he found his way back out through one of those big holes in the wall. I called yesterday about water constantly running in the tub because of the knob being scripted so lets see how long it takes maintenance to come out. If the office would get it together when it comes to getting things done everything would be so much better. Im moving very soon because it should not take maintenance that long to come fix anything, and it shouldnt take this long to have my carpet replaced even after the manager came to my apartment and took pictures of the carpet. I set up some appointments for property tours with Courtney, the leasing agent. He was extremely passive aggressive and rude from the moment he answered the phone. He never wrote down my appointments, and had no idea which properties I wanted to see when I called the day of my tours. Honestly the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with, and if this company knows what's good for them, they should fire him immediately
