0/10!!! Yet another customer screwed over by Bissett Plumbing through American Home Shield. Looks like many other customers have the same situation. He came out and told me its NOT the hot water heater for sure but that he didnt know what it was because it was a unique situationand would need to research. Dodged me for over a month and then lied to AHS and said it is the hot water heater and would need to do all these things that the warranty doesnt cover, so Id have to pay out of pocket. I have all the texts proving it. Ive reported this to AHS as well as the BBB. Scam! 2 months later, the issue still isnt resolved. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Lady on the phone is rude as well.

One star is too generous. American home shield unfortunately uses them. Never showed up because I was unfortunately accused ofhanging up. Very rude obnoxious office staff. Save yourself a lot of frustration. Call somebody else. It has been 6 days and no appointment. Think well do without ahs and pay reputable contractors. This lady needs to be fired. Only hung up because the conversation was over. Really...is that how you treat customers. Get a life
