Lagniappe is such a beautiful property! I was very pleased when I came in to view. The ladies in the office are very informative and always so eager to help. Highly recommend Lagniappe if you are looking for a place to call home!

DON'T GIVE THEM ANY FEES MONEY!!!! it is a complete SCAM I have lost $200 with a promise of an apartment assigned to me!!!! I don't recommend them at all What a waste of time and money!!!!

I moved here 2 years ago and in my life of living in apartments, laginappe is EASILY the best. Management is extremely helpful and the maintenance men are always hard at work with a smile on their face. Especially kelvin. He goes out of his way for people and is very friendly.

My husband and I lived at this complex between 2017-2020. We absolutely loved it. It was newly renovated when we moved in. The staff was friendly and always very helpful. There is a playground in the back of the complex and it is so convenient if you have young children or grandchildren. We loved the complex so much that we referred my mother in law to move into the complex! Its located very conveniently, only 3 minutes off of Exit 44. Right next to multiple eateries and coffee shops. Neighborhood Walmart is less than 7 minutes away, and bigger shopping areas are less than 15 minutes away. I highly recommend this complex!

I love staying here. Its really beautiful out here. Gated community and the staff is wonderful. Shout out to the maintenance man Kelvin, i give him a 5 star rating as well, from what ive seen he can fix anything and in a timely manner. He works alot to keep the tenants comfortable. I appreciate that.
