I purchased two stratolounger oversize recliner from Big Lots. The same day of purchase the recliners would not open or closed properly. I have tried to find put how to get repaired or replaced with no luck.Please contact me to give direction of what to do to get two working recliners.Thank you, Temeko

Give 2000.00 for a couch that lasted 3 years and it's the cheapest made couch.. I would defin5go somewhere else. Wish I could give them a no star rating

Bought a recliner at big lots. worked fine for a few months. suddenly the back started slanting and the arm to raise the foot rest stopped working. The back is slanting because a screw wallowed out the particle board on one side of the back. The arm doesn't work because a spring is gone. I don't have the spring and can't contact customer service to get one. The chair fabric cushions and most of the recliner seem to be in good shape so I don't want to throw it out knowing it can be fixed. I hate their building burned but I am hoping once customer service returns I can get the spring I need. At least find out what kind of spring I need.

Terrible swivel recliner. Purchased at Big Lots. It is leaning to the right side , it’s as if the arm wants to come off. There is good cushion,which is the only upside. But With the constant leaning , I’m sure it will break soon. Only had it since May 2020. It’s junk. Company doesn’t respond to emails or calls. Run! Shotty furniture.
