        Bought the large man recliner about 6 months ago paid around $700.00 Chair is a large disappointment has several design flaws, the flip leaver on side not allowing full control opening and closing of chair, in addition to foot rest being hard to lower and latch, this can pop up on it's own upon exiting chair, the seat cushion is too low at back, like climbing out of a hole exiting chair, and last chair sets bit too close to floor. This chair is a disappointment and I do not recommend, and hope to replace this soon as possible. - David

        I needed a new slip cover for my chair. When I called I spoke with a lady named Kathy (I sure hope I have the name right) she was extremely helpful and kind. Very professional, I will forever purchase Ashley furniture because of folks like her.
