    I went in a few days ago not knowing what I was really looking for. Hailey took the time and had the patience to answer all of my questions, show me different product options, personal recommendations, and even pulled up examples on Pinterest of color combos that I was interested in. In addition to the good customer service, the store was well stocked, organized, and clean.

    On Nov. 17, 2020, I purchased a pair of Andis T-Outliner Trimmers. After going home I realized that I previously purchased the same trimmers. I DID NOT open the new purchase trimmers at all. I DID NOT used the trimmers at all, the trimmers were in the original package, and I had the receipt. . On Nov. 20, 2020, I called the Sally Beauty #3948 3821 Promenade Pkwy #0-12, Diberville, MS 39540, and spoke with Ann the store manager. Ann advised that all sales are final on clippers and trimmers. Ann refused to give me a refund or let me exchange the trimmers. I advised Ann, that according to the receipt it states, "Clippers and trimmer sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging and with the receipt purchased within the last 60 days." Ann gave me the Sally's customer service number. I spoke with customer services. Customer service advised, Ann will expected the trimmers and if they fall under store refund policy I could have them refunded or exchanged. Once at the store, Ann the store manager stated to me that all sales are final. She refused to even look at the purchased item, the receipt and she did not acknowledge the direction of the national customer services representative. Ann was loud, unprofessional, and bother by my present. I was given the store policy refund display by Ann. It read the same exact statement that's on the receipt. After calling customer services again, I was able to exchange the trimmer for a more expense pair of trimmers in which I paid the different in price at the Gulfport, MS, Sally's Beauty store. Thanks to the the professionalism of LaDonna the store manager. LaDonna was very understanding and she followed the store policy. Thank you. I'm a United States retired educated veteran. I am federal police officer. Ann gave me one of the worse customer service experience in my entire life.
