Honestly the best Sallys Ive visited super amazing staff and one of the workers, Elli, gave me the absolute best recommendations on things for my hair and I love how theyve done so far. Absolute 10/10.

They don't stand behind the products they they recommend and customer service was horrible. Getting product from other places may not be as quick and convenient but it is the route I will take in the future.

I walked and and the person at the register, with blue hair looked me in my eyes and did not speak to me. She watched me walk around and looking for something and never acknowledged me. It took another employee, a fellow black woman to ask me if I needed any assistance. Unacceptable. Treat all customers the same!

The staff always ask if they can help, yet when I do need help they just point in a general direction and go to the back of store and chat with each other. I was over charged the last time I went there and when I went to get money back the lady gave me a hassle and I didn't end up getting my money(it was only like $10 but still). I always feel like I'm being rushed and watched as if they assume all their customers are shop lifting. I got to the point where I would look item up online to make sure they have it before I waste my time going there. Website will say in stock at the location yet when I get to store they don't have it, so I ask if they are just out on the floor or completely out of stock at this location and staff gives attitude because they have to go check in the back. I've worked retail for 9 years. I try to be a good/nice customer but I also know it's equally as important to be a good/nice employee. I don't feel the need to keep wasting my time with this particular store location anymore. I hope they get their act together eventually. Definitely don't recommend shopping at this location.
