If I could have given him less than a one I would have. My daughter was born with a hemangioma in her jaw that ruptured when she was six months old. She has gone through many surgeries and is now 23. Unfortunately her jaw started hurting about three months ago , and her specialist had moved to Texas. We were told to call Dr. Watts..no one else would see her in Mississippi. We saw him. She had a dead bone sticking out of her reconstructed jaw that needed to be removed. He took my 800$ and did the procedure. At her six week checkup she told him that she still had pain. He ignored her. She has since called numerous times , and he doesn't call back or blows her off. I called yesterday morning because her face was swollen, red, and her neck hurt. No one called me back until I threatened a lawyer. Again nothing they could do. Not even just look at her. Mouth infections are deadly. Long story short..we have been in two ER's and now are waiting for a bed. The abscess is draining into her mouth and neck. He should not have taken her case if he wasn't going to follow through. You can't abandon patients who need you. He is rude and arrogant. DO NOT USE HIM!! You will be sorry if you do, because you could end up like my daughter. Not only did I pay him for his horrible service. She is now accumulating hospital bills that could have been avoided.
