Dr. Cook is the most compassionate dentist on the coast! I live in Gulf Breeze, Florida2 hours away & my 3 year old has extensive dental problems. A friend suggested laser treatment & Dr. Cook was the closest dentist in our insurance network. When I called the office to see if it would be possible for me to bring my son in for an appointment, Dr. Cook personally took my call & came up w/ a plan to minimize our trips. This type of personalized attention is unheard of. I will gladly drive for this type of service and technology & Ive already had several friends request his offices number so they can make appointments. Most people hate the dentistso someone wanting to drive 2 hours each way to see a dentist shows how awesome Dr. Cook is!

I recently visited Dr. Nguyen's dental practice and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and personable. The hygienist and staff went above and beyond to assist with my insurance questions and thoroughly explained each step of my treatment plan. Despite my aversion to dental visits, Dr. Nguyen and his team made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Additionally, their use of cutting-edge technology and array of treatment options reassured me that I was in good hands. I also appreciated how gentle the staff was during my cleaning, making the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his staff for anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a welcoming environment.

As a newcomer to the area, I felt quite anxious about locating a new dental practice, hygienist, and dentist that met my high standards. Luckily, I found Broadwater Dental, and despite a hiccup in transferring my insurance to my new address, Addy patiently devised a solution that resolved the issue. Her problem-solving skills truly impressed me. During my visit, my hygienist, Amber, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and thorough in her cleaning. Dr. Cook exuded positivity, professionalism, and thoroughness in his approach, which resonated with me. I was also impressed at the up to date technology being utilized in the office. Given my discerning nature when it comes to medical and dental professionals, I am certain that I will return for my next 6-month check-up at Broadwater Dental. The worst dentist ever, screwed up my filling now I have to get a root canal. Screwed up my wifes filling too and caused her to see two different dentists to try to fix it. Told me they would take our dental insurance. Took my wifes but refused to take mine even though I was on her insurance at the time, both delta dental. We tried calling and working something out about it but they refused to work with us and immediately reported my non payment to my credit when I called and tried to work something out. Receptionist was also incredibly rude from the first time to the last. Shouldve know from the start to find somewhere else. I trusted this place because my brother in law was good friends with cliff growing up but a lot of good that did. Sometimes you cant even trust friends of the family but its sad that this business thinks they can treat people this poorly and stay open.
